These groups have a faculty advisor and student leaders who arrange programming that exposes students to different people and topics within the field of internal medicine.

Clinical volunteerism opportunities will give you experience in working with patients and practicing various skills. If opportunities do not yet exist, your group can establish them. Planning clinical volunteerism opportunities will take a lot of work, but it will be worth it in the long run.
